Here is a random thought I had recently. Wouldn't it be cool to get a bunch of photo masters together in a room and challenge them to very quickly demonstrate how they would handle a tricky shot / tricky lighting situation. Imagine something like a curtain would rise and each of 10 photo masters has 60 seconds (or other arbitrary but brief amount of time) to get a great command of the situation and capture an image. Wouldn't it be neat to see all of the different ways each master would respond?

I tend to seek out challenging photographic situations. If you are having trouble with different situations (tricky light, composition, etc.)...go seek out those opportunities to force yourself to deal with the challenges. Don't avoid what you fear...attack it! :)
